Business Participation Letter

Dear Danville Business Owner,

We would like to let you know about the upcoming SPRING SIP & STROLL, Thursday, April 14, 2022, 5:30 – 8:30 PM. We are thrilled to once again partner on this popular community event with the Danville Livery.

The Spring Sip & Stroll (formerly “Art & Wine”) has been a signature event for the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce for more than a decade. The average attendance over the years has been between 400 – 600 (weather-dependent). The demographic is largely working women, moms, young women, and couples who want a fun night on the Town. Our goal is to strike a successful balance that makes the stroll a fun-filled community event that simultaneously supports shopping and living locally for our businesses.

There is great value to attendees for the $40 ticket price. Attendees receive a commemorative sample size wine glass, strolling map, tote bag, trolley rides from downtown to the Livery, entertainment, and small bites. Designated Drivers may attend for $15. Tickets are available at Eventbrite until April 8. The price increases to $50 after this date.

For your convenience, we will have two “check-In” points –
1. Veterans Memorial Building patio, 400 Hartz Avenue, Danville
2. Barnyard Epicurean Danville Livery, 400 Sycamore Valley Road West, Danville

We would love to work with you as a Partner with us in this event. It’s a great opportunity to capitalize on the impending crowd by becoming a pouring location and partnering with a fabulous winery. Please call Jodie Brescia at 925-837-4400 or email to secure your partnership. We will forward any interested businesses registration materials and answer any questions you may have.

If you are a Chamber Member not located Downtown or at The Livery and are interested in being involved, we’ve got you covered! You can become an event sponsor or donate an item to include in the tote bag giveaway and / or partner with a downtown Danville or Danville Livery business.

Thank you in advance for your support and consideration of becoming a Partner. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best wishes,

Judy Lloyd
