FAQs
How do I get tickets?
Advance tickets are available for purchase here. We highly recommend buying tickets early to make sure you’re part of the Crawloween fun before this spooktacular event sells out!
How much do tickets cost?
$55 – Early Bird Ticket
$65 – Event Ticket After October 20
$20 – Designated Driver
A 3% processing fee is applied during check out.
Do designated drivers need a ticket?
Yes, we offer a Designated Driver ticket at $20. DDs receive a bottle of water, tote bag, and access to all bites at each stop, non-alcoholic beverage offerings, and all downtown entertainment and activities.
Will there be food?
Yes, all tasting stops will have small bites. However, these are small in size and not full meals, so we strongly recommend dining before or after the event at one of our amazing downtown restaurants. Explore Danville’s downtown restaurants.
Do I have to wear a costume?
Costumes are encouraged, but not required! Whether you go all-out spooky, subtly festive, or simply show up as yourself, we’d love to see you join in the Halloween fun.
Can I bring my kids?
Crawloween is a 21+ event. With wine, beer, and spirits being part of the evening, we recommend making it a grown-ups-only night out. Thanks for helping us keep the event fun and appropriate for everyone!
Can I bring my dog?
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome in outdoor areas. However, entry into individual businesses is subject to their rules and some may not allow pets indoors.
Will Crawloween take place if it is raining?
Rain or shine, Crawloween is on! The fun doesn’t stop if a little rain makes an appearance. Our participating business hosts will have plans in place for inclement weather, so come prepared to sip, stroll, and enjoy the evening—whatever the forecast may bring!
What’s your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable after purchase, but they are transferable if you’re unable to attend. If you pass your ticket along to someone else, please make sure they provide the name the ticket was purchased under at check-in.
