Featuring Downtown Entertainment in 3 Locations

DANVILLE, CA – The Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Town of Danville, invites the community to the 48th Annual Lighting of the Old Oak Tree, a traditional holiday favorite, taking place on Friday, November 29, 2024, rain or shine, in Downtown Danville.

The program begins at 5:15 PM near the Old Oak Tree on Diablo Road, between West El Pintado and HWY 680. Featured will be holiday favorites with the Danville Girls Chorus and the San Ramon Valley High and Monte Vista High School Choirs.

Our special guests, Father Christmas and the Snow Angel, will join Mayor Karen Stepper, the Danville Town Council and Chamber leadership at 6:15 PM, for the official Lighting of the Old Oak Tree. Downtown entertainment will follow, beginning at 6:45 PM.

“This year, we invite the community to shop & dine local and enjoy entertainment in three locations in Downtown Danville. Retail and restaurant owners are available to help with every gift need and culinary delight. We hope you will enjoy the festivities and celebrate our wonderful community,” said Judy Lloyd, President & CEO of the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce.
